Reports from civilians in Ibtaa Town, western rural Daraa, state that regime forces demanded that all armed persons in the town to hand over their weapons, days after the Russian military police entered the city.
According to civilians, regime forces sent appeals through mosques to all the people in the town and Free Syrian Army members to head towards the regime forces locations in the town and to surrender their arms immediately, and within maximum two days. Amid threats to all those who singed the reconciliation if they refuse to hand over arms.
In the same context, residents stated that there are unconfirmed news, that the regime forces executed and arrested dissidents and wanted people, they were taken to unknown locations, some were execute while others were detained in security services detention centres.
The town of Ibt’a in rural Daraa signed a settlement agreement with Russia, under which the Russian military police entered the town accompanied by the regime forces.
